Irish Ferries launches loyalty scheme for customers

It's the only scheme in place for those looking to travel between Dover and Calais

Leading ferry operator in Ireland Irish Ferries has announced the launch of its loyalty scheme, Irish Ferries Club.

The programme allows members to access a host of savings and benefits for travel on its Irish Sea and English Channel routes.  

It has a three-tiered structure, offering green, silver and gold tiers, where members can build up a bank of points that can later be redeemed as a monetary discount on their next booking.

All members will be automatically gain a green tier membership upon joining, before advancing through the tier system the once the eligible spend threshold has been reached. 

Each tier holds a “unique” combination of savings and travel benefits, that are rewarded to customers as a way of thanks for choosing to book and travel with Irish Ferries. 

An Irish Ferries spokesperson said: “Our brand-new Irish Ferries Club is designed to reward loyal customers who consistently choose to travel with Irish Ferries. 

“They know we are committed to delivering the best customer experience on board, while also showcasing value for money on all of our ferry routes in the UK, Ireland and France. 

“Customers can make the most of their membership as soon as they sign up and are able to move through our three-tiered system as they travel more and spend more. 

“This is particularly attractive for passengers travelling between Dover-Calais, as it’s the only such scheme currently in place and features exclusive promotions, free Club Class passes and priority boarding. 

“We encourage customers to sign up as soon as they can to get the best prices and benefits."
